Supervised open gym is an ideal place for you to address individual needs identified by you and/or your coach.

Many people use this time to follow a progressive strength cycle and for skill development. Some of our members use Open Gym as an opportunity to complete WODs if they can’t make a class.

Although the CrossFit classes are designed to improve all areas of fitness there will be times when a little more work will benefit you as an individual, this is the time to do it.
