We break down the Snatch and Clean & Jerk to ensure you master the fundamentals of good technique.

Check the WOD on our website for details of the class specifics, look out for 4 week blocks of learning, this does not exclude those who drop in and out of this class but it will be more beneficial if you run the full cycle.

Periodically we will test your 1 rep max of both the Snatch and Clean & Jerk, usually on the fourth session of the learning cycle.
