Our Beginners Intake Course is like a personal training session, focusing on technique and individual needs of each attendee. This makes it perfect for all levels and amazing value. Delivered by professional CrossFit coaches you will be in good hands throughout the course


Everybody is required to enrol on one of our CrossFit Intake Courses before any commencement of training

Courses run for 2 months and cost £45 per month. This entitles you to 3 classes per week

During the course we will coach you through all of the basic CrossFit movements which will form a solid foundation from which to build your fitness, some of which are:

  • Basic gymnastic movements including push-ups, pull-ups, handstands
  • Kettlebell movements
  • Rowing, running, skipping
  • Olympic weightlifting
  • Powerlifting

Nutrition is important whatever your fitness goals. Throughout the course you will receive regular advice and information to keep you on track.
